Job Description - Leitung Pflege und Betreuung

Aufgabenbereich

Verantwortlich für einen qualitativ hochstehender Pflegeprozess
Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Ablaufs der Betreuung und Pflege
Rekrutierung und Förderung der Mitarbeitenden
Koordination und Organisation der verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen
Einhaltung der Budgetvorgaben und Zielerreichung des Bereichs

Anforderungsprofil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/ DNII oder gleichwertige, durchs SRK anerkannte Ausbildung
Führungsausbildung und Weiterbildung zur RAI Supervisor/in oder BESA Tutor/in
Ausgeprägte Berufserfahrung im oben erwähnten Aufgabengebiet
Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie empathischer Umgang mit Menschen mit Demenz
Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
