The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Marketing Coordinator Alpine (m/f/x)*, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and projects across the Alpine region.
Event Coordination: Organize events in Austria and Switzerland, handling registrations, materials, and samples.
Marketing Asset Adaptation: Review and adapt local marketing materials to align with branding and regional needs.
Vendor & Financial Management: Maintain vendor relationships, oversee new vendor setup, create purchase orders, and follow up on invoices.
Administrative Assistance: Provide essential administrative support to local marketing teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Apprenticeship or similar in a related field
Proven experience in marketing support in Health Care
Experience in event coordination and management
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability
Proficiency in English and German
Preferred Skills:
French language skills
Experience in working in an international environment
Knowledge of SAP
Work location:
Hybrid Eligible with a combination of remote work and in-office presence required (1-2 days/week)
Located in the area of Zurich
Travel:
May require travel within countries of responsibilities.
International travel may be required (less than 10%).
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
