Head of Operations & Technology

Location: Geneva

On behalf of one of our clients, a start-up belonging to a large group, we are looking for a hands-on operations professional to help drive the growth of a fast-growing international logistics business.

This role combines operations, logistics, business systems, CRM, process improvement and digital transformation. You'll work closely with management to improve processes, implement new technologies and support the company's international expansion.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, shipping or freight forwarding.


• Strong operational mindset with project management experience.


• Knowledge of CRM, ERP or business systems.


• Hands-on, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
