Job Description - Operations Lead - Customer Portal & Web Shop | 60-100%

Do you enjoy keeping the overview across complex IT systems and making sure operations, support and external providers work smoothly together? For our client, we're looking for someone to build up and ensure the stable operation of a customer portal, including a web shop, coordinating closely with internal teams and external providers.

Your Tasks:

Building operational processes and structures for running MT Connect
Setting up infrastructure monitoring
Setting up KPI monitoring
Setting up reporting
Operating and monitoring the customer portal
Handling and coordinating incidents and support tickets
User administration in MT Connect
Escalating technical issues and coordinating troubleshooting
Setting up and managing OCI users
Overseeing the relevant interfaces in SAP BTP

Requirements

Degree or experience in computer science, business informatics or a related field

Experience in IT operations, support or incident management is a plus

Knowledge in monitoring, reporting and KPI setup

Nice to have: experience with SAP BTP and/or OCI user administration

Structured, solution-oriented way of working with strong self-drive

Fluent in German and English

Benefits

Start: ASAP

Duration: until end of 2026, with option to extend until end of Q1 2027

Work location: Hybrid – Schwerzenbach ZH, typically 50% on-site

Workload: min. 60%
