Your Responsibilities

Active involvement in and support for the implementation of local and group-wide P&C projects (including talent management, succession planning, etc.)
Support the recruitment process (selection, conducting interviews) in collaboration with the People Business Manager, and support throughout the entire employee lifecycle (payroll, onboarding, development, retention, offboarding) at the Stockach site
Support the day-to-day management of the Learning Management System (LMS)
Design and implementation of learning and development (L&D) programmes for the entire group
Identifying training needs in collaboration with managers, as well as organising and facilitating training sessions, workshops and development programmes in German and English

Your Profile

A generalist with a People & Culture background, possessing several years’ professional experience and broad practical expertise across the employee life cycle, ranging from day-to-day support and recruitment to the implementation of People & Culture initiatives
Proven experience in independently leading and implementing People & Culture projects, ideally across multiple sites or groups
Experience in Learning & Development (design, implementation and facilitation of development programmes) or a strong intrinsic interest in developing further in this area and taking on responsibility
In-depth knowledge of German employment law
Ability to switch confidently between strategic project work and day-to-day operational tasks, and to set priorities flexibly
A high degree of initiative, flexibility and motivation, combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach and a passion for building new initiatives and actively shaping them
An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working, as well as a strong ability to deliver results
Very good written and spoken German and English
