Job Description - Performance Management Specialist (m/w/d) - 100% - 9 months

The Compensation & Performance Management (CPM) team is a key part of the broader Reward & Performance Management (RPM) function. Acting as the primary interface to our internal clients, CPM collaborates closely with HR and other specialist teams to provide expert advice on all performance-related matters.

You will join a dynamic, international team of experts, working with best-in-class tools and systems. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of our performance management landscape, with a strong focus on client advisory, analytics, and technology-driven solutions

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Manage a broad range of performance management topics and day-to-day activities

  • Support the execution of annual and cyclical performance management processes

  • Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for HR stakeholders and business leaders

  • Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing performance frameworks, tools, and processes

  • Help design, implement, and optimize new solutions within the performance management landscape

  • Bring forward ideas to continuously improve processes, tools, and user experience

YOUR PROFILE

Personal & Social

  • Resilient and able to perform effectively under pressure
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
  • Confident communicator with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Professional & Technical

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Proven experience in performance management and/or project management
  • Good understanding of the financial services or banking industry
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Workday is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and German
