As a Process Management Coordinator, you act as the central coordinator within the Supply Chain Management unit, representing our Project Management Office (PMO). You will be at the center of multiple supply-chain initiatives, working directly with project leads and leadership to ensure structure, transparency, and momentum. You work closely with cross‑functional project teams and ensure efficient delivery of initiatives.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Project / Process Management Support: You support our Process and Project Managers by coordinating and tracking tasks, timelines, deadlines, and risks across their projects
  • Project Management Office (PMO): You support the SCM PMO across several projects by ensuring structured delivery, maintaining reporting accuracy, and providing clear communication to Leadership. You assist Project Managers with communication, controlling, and reporting activities
  • Project Support: You actively contribute to Supply Chain projects that aim to optimize processes and improve performance, taking on smaller tasks such as ad-hoc analyses, process documentation, Stakeholder coordination, and other operational activities

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Project and/or Process Management, ideally in a cross‑functional environment
  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes and their interdependencies
  • Experience in a Project Management Office (PMO), including best practices and project management tools (e.g., planning, controlling, reporting)
  • Highly proactive personality with strong ownership, initiative, and the ability to work independently without constant guidance
  • Confident communicator who actively contributes ideas, challenges constructively, and drives clarity
