A wonderful UHNW family based in Switzerland is seeking an exceptional, energetic, and highly experienced Russian-speaking rota nanny to join their existing childcare team caring for their delightful and active 3-year-old son.
The family already employ a long-term English-speaking rota nanny who works a successful 2 weeks rota schedule. They are now looking for a second professional nanny to complete the rota arrangement.
The Role
The successful candidate will be confident caring for a highly energetic and active little boy who thrives on engagement, consistency, and routine. The family are seeking a nanny who can provide structure, establish positive boundaries, and create stimulating daily routines while maintaining a warm, nurturing, and affectionate approach.
This position would suit a nanny who is naturally active, enjoys the outdoors, sports, and physical activities, and can keep pace with an energetic young child.
A Montessori background, qualification, or strong understanding of child-led learning principles would be highly advantageous.
Duties Include
- Sole charge care of a 3-year-old boy
- Creating and maintaining age-appropriate routines and structure
- Planning educational and developmental activities
- Supporting language development
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and good manners
- Organising outings, sporting activities, and outdoor adventures
- Working collaboratively with the family's existing rota nanny
- Communicating effectively with busy parents
- Maintaining a stimulating, organised, and engaging environment
Candidate Requirements
