Step into a high-impact global leadership role as Sales leader, Perfumery, GCB at dsm-firmenich!

You will lead and grow one of our strategic customer partnerships for the Europe, India, Middle East and Africa, shaping the commercial agenda, strengthening senior-level client relationships, and mobilizing cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable growth across Perfumery & Beauty.

We are looking for a strategic, commercially driven leader who can translate account priorities into winning opportunities, build trusted partnerships, and drive execution with excellence across regions and categories.

  
Your key responsibilities: 

• Define and lead the Europe, India, Middle East commercial strategy for the account, translating customer priorities, market dynamics and dsm-firmenich growth ambitions into clear plans, value creation initiatives and measurable business outcomes.
• Own the end-to-end commercial agenda for the account, including business planning, pipeline management, results delivery, contract negotiations, risk management, and execution of major strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders regionally, positioning dsm-firmenich as a preferred strategic partner through strong customer intimacy, proactive business development and excellent service delivery.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Fragrance Development, Creation, Consumer Insights, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal to deliver superior solutions, fast execution and consistent global account governance.
• Drive innovation and portfolio growth by identifying new business opportunities, shaping proactive value propositions and ensuring strong delivery from brief to adoption across relevant categories and markets.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, creating clarity on priorities, strengthening collaboration across geographies, and fostering a performance culture focused on growth, accountability and customer excellence.

You bring: 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent in business administration, science or a related field, with strong experience in strategic sales, account management or commercial leadership within fragrance, beauty, consumer goods or related industries.
• Proven track record leading complex key accounts, ideally with exposure to large multinational consumer goods customers.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver profitable growth, manage business complexity and make sound decisions based on customer, market and financial insights.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior internal and external leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, build collaboration across cultures and geographies.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for building long-term partnerships, anticipating customer needs and delivering excellence at pace.
• Strategic thinking, resilience and strong execution discipline, with the ability to connect the big picture to clear priorities and tangible results.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional languages such as French a strong plus.
