Job Description - Senior IT Project / Delivery Manager

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain the IT delivery plan, scope, milestones, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies and decisions for Phases 2–4.

  • Ensure IT project governance, quality controls, change management and documentation are maintained

  • Work closely with the internal Advisor and Delivery Management role, using internal guidance and escalation support while avoiding unclear or duplicated ownership. Supported by the Internal IT Project Advisory and Delivery Manager:

  • Drive delivery in cooperation with the Implementation partner, integrations, data migration, security, architecture, environments, testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare and operational handover

  • Coordinate internal IT teams, HR stakeholders, the implementation partner and other vendors; challenge delays and actively follow up commitments and deliverables.

  • Apply Workday implementation experience to anticipate dependencies, risks and readiness requirements and support delivery decisions.

  • Prepare transparent status reporting, forecasts, decision papers and Steering Committee inputs, escalating deviations early with clear recommendations in close collaboration with the Business PM (The Business PM is overall accountable).




Your Skills:


  • Senior IT Project Manager with substantial experience delivering complex, international HRIS implementations.

  • Proven end-to-end Workday implementation experience, including coordination of technical workstreams and implementation partners.

  • Recognised project-management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or equivalent.

  • Strong capabilities in planning, financial and resource management, RAID, governance, executive reporting and vendor management.

  • Experience in integration-heavy enterprise environments and coordinating distributed multidisciplinary teams.

  • Stakeholder and Partner Management

  • Delivery Mindset
