Senior Network Software Development Engineer Linux / C++ (f/m/d)

Your Role:

• Design and develop high-performance software solutions for network communication across LAN, WLAN and WAN environments.
  


• Contribute to the definition of software concepts and architectures with a strong focus on network performance, scalability and Software-Defined Networking (SDN).
  


• Develop robust and maintainable software in C++ using agile development methodologies, covering the entire lifecycle from requirements analysis and design to implementation and integration.
  


• Investigate, analyze and resolve complex software issues while ensuring high product quality through testing, code reviews and close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams
  
  What We're Looking For:
  
  


• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical discipline, or an equivalent qualification.
  


• Proven experience in object-oriented software development using C, C++ and/or Python, ideally within network technologies and embedded security environments (e.g. TPM, Secure Boot, System Management).
  


• Strong expertise in Linux-based software development combined with in-depth knowledge of network engineering, including IP networking across all protocol layers, routing technologies and the Linux Netlink interface.
  


• Good command of German or English, together with the motivation to further improve German language skills.
