Wir suchen das beste Talent für die Position des Senior Operator Optical Inspection (m/w/d) am Standort Schaffhausen, Schweiz.

Zweck
Sie stellen die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung der visuellen Inspektion steriler Arzneiformen sicher, inklusive Dokumentation, Koordination relevanter Tätigkeiten sowie Einhaltung aller regulatorischen und qualitativen Anforderungen.

Ihre Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten

• Einhaltung der GMP-, EHS- und SOX-Vorgaben und Richtlinien, die mit der Funktion verbunden sind
• Einhaltung sämtlicher Qualitäts- und Terminvorgaben
• Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung
• Koordination und Management des Handarbeitsplatzes
• Durchführung der visuellen Inspektion von sterilen Arzneiformen in Vials und Spritzen sowie Auswertung und Dokumentation der Kontrollen
• Meldung von Abweichungen sowie Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses an den TK oder SV
• Zeitnahe und korrekte Dokumentation aller GMP-relevanten Tätigkeiten (z. B. TOR) nach ALCOA+
• Aktive Unterstützung bei der Aus- und Weiterbildung neuer Mitarbeitender sowie Weitergabe von Erfahrungswerten und Prozess-Know-how

Ihr Qualifikationsportfolio & unsere Anforderungen

• Mindestens 1 Jahr Produktionserfahrung
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Gute Computerkenntnisse (z. B. MS Office)
• Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Produktionssoftware (SAP, MES, TOR)
