As a Senior Recipe Formulation Specialist, your mission is to build and strengthen recipe formulation  expertise from new recipe development to industrialization and  continuous recipe optimization. You’ll make a difference by developping formulation best practices  in close collaboraton with  product, process, quality and manufacturing experts.   This is your opportunity to lead formulation capability development, shape the future by moving to digital, and make a difference in the way to operate.

How you’ll make an impact as a Senior Recipe Formulation Specialist

• Building robust recipe formulation capabilities that support new product development, industrialization and continuous optimization


• Driving best practices in recipe design to improve quality, compliance, speed and first-time-right approvals


• Translating process capabilities, ingredient behavior, losses and product variability into lean, reliable and scalable recipes


• Strengthening team capability through training, mentoring and clear documentation for key partners and stakeholders


• Leading the adoption and implementation of digital tools that improve recipe and ingredient management processes


• Collaborating across functions to improve data quality, integrate digital solutions and create more efficient ways of working

What will make you successful

• Bringing strong knowledge of food science, food technology, nutrition and recipe formulation tools


• Applying analytical thinking, conceptual problem solving and basic statistical methods to improve recipe robustness and risk management


• Using digital systems, data and process knowledge to enhance recipe and ingredient management from design to maintenance


• Collaborating confidently with cross-functional stakeholders while communicating complex topics clearly and practically


• Communicating fluently in English
