Job Description - Social Media & Marketing Creator

We are looking for a proactive and creative candidate to support a growing company in Marketing, Events, and Social Media.

Develop and execute the LinkedIn and Instagram strategy, including content ideas, and campaigns.
Create, film, and edit videos and social media content.
Plan, promote, and organize approximately one or more event per month (e.g bike ride, Aperol events and more).
Develop creative marketing concepts and independently drive them from idea to implementation.
Write professional German-language content & captions for all social media posts.

Requirements

Strong interest or experience in Marketing, Social Media, Content Creation, and Events.

Good German writing skills; need to be so good that you can control if it is correct or not.

Experience with video editing and content production.

A background or good understanding of Real Estate, SaaS, or the startup environment is a strong advantage.

Independent, proactive, and creative working style.

Benefits

Duration: Long-term; open-ended

Workload: 20–40%

Location: Mostly remote, occasional on-site work in MÃ¤nnedorf / Zurich

Salary: CHF 25+ / h
