Job Description:

Reports to: Senior Manager, Operational Intelligence, CPC IM EMEA

Position Summary

The Senior Specialist supports the creation of compliance analytics, dashboards, and performance insights and contributes to ongoing improvements in compliance data capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data extraction, cleansing, and analysis for compliance reporting.
• Build visual dashboards and metrics under guidance.
• Identify anomalies or patterns in compliance data sets.
• Maintain documentation and support improvements in analytics processes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in data analytics, reporting, or compliance analytics.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence and/or Intelligent Automation is preferred.
