Job Description - Teamleiter/in Wohngruppe 60-100%

Aufgabenbereich

Betreuung und pflegerische Versorgung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner
Durchführung von RAI-Assessments und entsprechenden Supervisionsaufgaben
Anleitung und Entwicklung des Personals sowie Auszubildender
Fachliche und organisatorische Verantwortung für den Wohnbereich
Koordination der operativen Abläufe innerhalb der Gruppe

Anforderungsprofil

Tertiäre Pflegeausbildung abgeschlossen
Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams
Hohe Sozial- und Organisationskompetenz sowie belastbare Persönlichkeit
Selbständige, verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise mit vernetztem Denkvermögen
Freude am zwischenmenschlichen Kontakt und Umgang
Bereitschaft zur RAI-Supervisionsausbildung oder bereits qualifiziert
