The role

As a Technology Strategy Associate, you will play an important role in supporting and shaping Verisure’s Technology strategy across a broad range of topics and initiatives.
 

This is a fast-paced and highly exposed role where you will work closely with senior stakeholders across Technology and the broader business. The role combines strategic analysis, problem-solving, business understanding, and hands-on execution across different areas of our global Technology organization.

You will join the Technology Strategy & Governance team and collaborate with teams across Technology, Business, Finance, Procurement, and Legal, contributing to both long-term strategic initiatives and ongoing transformation programs.

What you will be up to

• Contribute to the development and execution of Verisure’s Technology strategy
• Support strategic initiatives across areas such as AI transformation, vendor evaluations, and technology acceleration
• Build business cases, perform analysis, and support decision-making for major initiatives and programmes
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Business, Procurement, Finance, and Legal
• Participate in cross-functional strategic projects and governance activities across the Group
• Translate complex information into clear presentations, recommendations, and leadership communication
   

Good fit if you have

• Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting, technology, engineering, strategy, or similar fields
• Proactive, independent, and flexible way of working with fluency in English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to structure information and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Experience from fast-paced technology organizations and/or consulting environments is highly valued
• Good business understanding, stakeholder management capabilities, and commercial awareness
   

Nice to have / technologies and areas we work with

• Experience working with technology strategy or transformation initiatives
• Background in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields
• Experience with data analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Exposure to AI, TelCo, IoT, software, or enterprise technology environments
