For this reason, we are looking for an Administration Intern at our Headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland. You will join the Administration team reporting directly to the
Head of Administration and to ensure the excellence of our daily administration tasks.

Your mission:

• Manage invoicing and reminders for our (rare) distracted clients


• Deal with legal entities such as the employment office or the AVS / AHV


• Monitor cash collection correctly


• Fight against the black market to collect missing trust mandates


• Monitor and improve our key metrics, data analyses


• Prepare KPI reports for the Admin team


• Help our Head of Administration in preparing the accounting


• Share your best ideas to improve our internal processes

• Perfect command of the software tools (Office Pack)


• Fluent in French or German / excellent English language skills

Additional Information:

• 6-months full-time internship starting December 2021 or January 2022
