Marketing Intern – Customer & Trade Marketing

As a Customer Marketing Intern, you will support the execution of marketing and sales activities, focusing on trade marketing initiatives, market analysis, and campaign performance tracking, while collaborating cross-functionally to drive brand growth in the Swiss luxury market.

As our Customer Marketing Intern, you play a critical role in supporting daily customer marketing and trade marketing activities, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to drive brand performance and ensure effective execution of commercial initiatives.


 


You will be reporting to Customer Marketing Manager, and you will manage:


 



  • Support implementation of marketing and sales activities across channels

  • Assist in developing and executing 12-month brand plans with retail partners

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Training, Customer Service)

  • Support daily operational marketing tasks



  • Analyze market trends, competitors, opportunities, and risks

  • Track and evaluate performance of marketing initiatives



  • Execute and monitor social media campaigns

  • Support digital activations and brand visibility initiatives


 


 


YOU ARE A COTY FIT


 


As a proactive and analytical team player, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are organized, results-oriented, and able to work autonomously while maintaining strong collaboration with stakeholders.


 



  • University degree completed or in final stages (Marketing, Business, or related field)

  • First experience in FMCG or luxury marketing (internship or similar)

  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Structured, detail-oriented, and organized approach

  • Team player with a hands-on attitude
