To track our progress towards this goal we need a quantifying metric. In 2019, Bühler quantified the environmental footprint (CO2eq, land, water-use) of all key products processed through Bühler technology, and quantified the impact of key technologies & services to show how they contribute to reducing the environmental footprint of the products processed by Bühler Customers. They also developed services to support customers to quantify, report and reduce GHG emissions.
 
Bühler are providing a 6  month internship to continue the environmental quantification project. The purpose of the internship is to continue embedding the methodology into the businesses, support customer projects and ultimately reduce the environmental impact in both the Customer Value Chain and the Bühler Value Chain.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive the environmental quantification project and further embed the methodology across Bühler’s businesses.


• Contribute to reducing CO₂e emissions in both the Customer Value Chain and the Bühler Value Chain.


• Build and expand your expertise in carbon accounting and value-chain thinking.


• Develop your entrepreneurial skills within an international company.


• Take ownership of the project and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to overcome challenges and deliver meaningful results.
