R&D pathfinding Intern

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on R&D Intern to join our dynamic team at UNISERS AG. In this role, you will support our research and development efforts by generating proof-of-concept data for pathfinding activities, designing and conducting experiments using our setup, and organizing and interpreting data to drive innovation. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresh graduate with a passion for experimentation and a desire to contribute to cutting-edge solutions in contamination control for the semiconductor industry.

TASKS 

• Support R&D in generating proof-of-concept data for pathfinding activities. 

• Design and conduct experiments using the UNISERS setup. 

• Organize, analyze, and interpret experimental data to extract actionable insights. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine methodologies and improve processes. 

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS 

• University graduate, ideally with a Master’s degree in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 

• Hands-on experience in a clean room environment (a strong plus). 

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude with a keen interest in learning. 

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for effective communication. 

• Python coding skills (desirable). 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
