We are currently experiencing a double-digit growth and therefore, we are looking for Sales Intern to strengthen our team in Lausanne.
About the Role
At Swibeco, you’ll go through an extensive onboarding and training process, which will prepare you to become an expert in your field. You will be talking to our clients, finding the key decision makers, qualifying their needs and convincing them to join as clients. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders) is critical. To be successful in this role you need to have a result-driven mentality that celebrates wins but never sleeps on that success.
Working directly with the Head of B2B Growth and his team, who will train and assist you throughout your internship, you will have the following tasks:
- Develop a deep understanding of Swibeco’s product suite and effectively/precisely communicate the value of our products to influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Manage the full sales cycle for small-business clients.
- Generate new opportunities for Senior Sales team.
- Reach out to prospective clients via email, calls and give product demos via Teams or in person.
- Participate and assist in events.
- Use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with clients, from first contact until you close the deal.
- Undertake research on target markets, identifying potential clients and suitable strategies.
- Support the Client Success Team to manage the onboarding of newly won clients.
- Maintain appropriate sales and activity data within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Leverage AI tools, in your daily workflow to prepare client outreach, summarize meetings, and support sales research.
