Job Description - AI Lead solution Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an AI Lead Solution Architect with deep expertise in designing and deploying AI-driven media solutions across cloud and hybrid infrastructures.

This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on builder who can translate complex business challenges into scalable AI-based systems that enhance content production, distribution, and audience intelligence.

You will be the technology thought leader guiding the end-to-end lifecycle: from ideation, solution architecture, prototype development, vendor collaboration, through to production rollout.

Responsibilities and Duties

Architect AI-based platforms and tools for media production,
broadcast workflows, content analytics, sentiment analysis, and intelligence
mapping.
Lead the design of cloud-native and hybrid architectures
(primarily GCP, Azure) optimized for scalability, security, and efficiency.
Design solutions for ID8's product suite
Build modular, reusable AI components (e.g., NLP models,
computer vision pipelines, data ingestion engines) tailored for broadcast and
media needs.
Work closely with business development and client teams to
define requirements, propose innovative AI-powered solutions, and support
pre-sales activities.
Interface with technology partners (e.g., Google Cloud,
Vizrt,) to integrate third-party tools with ID8’s offerings.
Develop initial POCs (Proof of Concept) and MVPs (Minimum
Viable Products) to demonstrate AI solution feasibility.
Supervise internal and external development teams during
system build and integration phases.
Continuously explore emerging AI technologies (e.g., LLMs,
multimodal AI, generative design) and identify opportunities for new products
or service enhancement.
Contribute to white papers, presentations, and technology
showcases for clients and industry events.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial
Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in solution architecture with a focus
on AI/ML systems, preferably in the media, broadcast, or digital content
sector.
Proven experience designing cloud-native solutions on GCP
Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch),
NLP techniques, and computer vision.
Understanding of media production workflows (broadcast
graphics, live TV, real-time data integration) is a strong plus.
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage multiple
stakeholders (technical and non-technical).
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Experience with data visualization and graph databases
(e.g., Neo4j, ArangoDB) for influence mapping.
Familiarity with generative AI applications for video, image
compositing, and content enhancement.
Hands-on knowledge of API design, microservices
architecture, and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker).
Certification in cloud technologies (e.g., Google
Professional Cloud Architect) is a plus.
