The ideal candidate will play a critical role in defining enterprise\u2011scale data and AI architectures, enabling advanced analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives. You will ensure robust data foundations, seamless data and ML pipelines, and high\u2011performing, scalable AI applications across hybrid environments, including local analytic platforms (Cloudera \u0026 PracticusAI) and cloud ecosystems. \nKey Accountabilities \nAI Solution Development: \n\u2022 Design, develop, and implement end-to-end AI solutions across various business domains. \n\u2022 Lead the deployment of AI models, algorithms, and systems in production environments. \n\u2022 Collaborate with data scientists to implement generative AI solutions using foundational models like LLMs in local data centers. \nData Architecture and Management: \n\u2022 Define efficient data architectures to feed machine learning models and facilitate seamless data sharing across systems. \n\u2022 Ensure high data quality, performance, and cost efficiency in operational pipelines. \n\u2022 Develop and manage real-time data processing and analytics architectures integrated with business systems. \n\u2022 Apply MLOps, DataOps, and AIOps principles to create sustainable and effective value chain management processes. \n\u2022 Stay updated on advancements in AI technologies and apply them to improve business outcomes. \n\u2022 Aligns data architecture and technology choices with enterprise data strategy to maximize long-term business value. \n\u2022 Establishes AI-ready data foundations that enable advanced analytics and machine learning use cases at scale. \n\u2022 Defines real-time and event-driven data architectures that enable timely insights and tight integration with business processes. \nInfrastructure and Performance Optimization: \n\u2022 Establish robust infrastructures to ensure AI models operate with accurate data, meet SLAs, and deliver high performance. \n\u2022 Optimize workflows for stability and efficiency in processing petabyte-scale data in on-premise environments. \nLeadership and Collaboration: \n\u2022 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data engineers and scientists. \n\u2022 Collaborate with enterprise architects, solution architects, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions. \nSecurity and Compliance: \n\u2022 Implement best practices to protect sensitive data and AI systems while maintaining compliance with industry standards.\n\n## Who you are\n\nBachelor\u0027s degree or higher in a technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or related quantitative disciplines).\n\nExperience \u0026 Skills: \nAt least 6 years of experience designing, building, and managing large-scale data applications, particularly in Hadoop ecosystems (Cloudera, Spark, Hive/Impala, etc.). \nHands-on experience with AI frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. \nStrong knowledge of GenAI, including foundational models, generative adversarial networks, and reinforcement learning. \nExpertise in software development using Python, Java, or Scala (additional languages are a plus). \nProven experience deploying AI models in production environments. \nProficiency in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. \nStrong understanding of private and hybrid cloud environments, microservice architectures, and real-time analytics.\n\nPreferred Skills: \nKnowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, DevOps, MLOps, and DataOps. \nFamiliarity with data pipeline and workflow management tools (e.g., Apache Airflow). \nExperience in real-time data processing and analytics is an advantage.\n\nPersonal Attributes: \nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills. \nStrong leadership and mentoring abilities for cross-functional teams. \nEffective communication and collaboration skills.\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
