Assistant Retail Design & Delivery Manager - Tersane Istanbul

Tersane İstanbul is one of Turkey’s most ambitious waterfront destination projects, bringing together hospitality, culture, gastronomy, retail, events, and lifestyle experiences in a unique historic setting.



We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated "Assistant Retail Design & Delivery Manager " to join our team.

• Managing and coordinating retail/residence/hotel fit-out projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from design development to handover
• Planning, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinating with tenants, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Managing renovation, refurbishment, new lease, relocation, and kiosk projects
• Supervising construction activities on site and ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements
• Conducting regular site inspections and quality control reviews
• Identifying project risks and proactively resolving technical and construction-related issues
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, and project stakeholders while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Preparing progress reports and presenting project updates to management

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Technical University degree preferred)
• Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in retail / residence/ hotel fit-out and construction projects
• Extensive hands-on experience in retail/residence/hotel fit-out projects is mandatory
• Proven experience in on-site construction management and project delivery
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients, consultants, and stakeholders
