Bus Aftersales Regional Coordinator

The position's main tasks are to ensure the service quality offered in MBT Turkey Aftersales network meets Daimler Truck AG / MBT standards, make on-site inspection, ensure any deficiencies are addressed and necessary actions are taken. This task includes monitoring the authorized service network's infrastructure, consisting of service processes developed by Daimler Truck AG and MBT, service marketing, workshop organization, special tools and equipment investment, and human resources management. He/she encourages the use of MB Original Spare Parts. He/she supervises and supports improvement efforts to meet annual and monthly targets for authorized services. By monitoring workshop performance, he/she facilitates efficient personnel utilization and boosts operational excellence.

• Carry out on-site inspections and follow up until deficiencies are addressed and necessary actions are taken.


• Monitor the infrastructure of the authorized service network — service processes developed by Daimler Truck AG and MBT, service marketing, workshop organization, special tools and equipment investments, and human resources management.


• Encourage the use of MB Original Spare Parts across the authorized service network.


• Supervise and support improvement efforts to meet the annual and monthly targets set for authorized services.


• Monitor workshop performance to enable efficient personnel utilization and boost operational excellence.

That's why you are a match

Required

• At least 5 years of work experience in Sales or Aftersales departments.


• Strong coordination with internal business partners and excellent communication skills with dealers.


• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.


• Fluent English (spoken/written).


• Customer-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.


• No obstacle for travelling to all cities of Turkey.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on workshop or technical service background in the commercial vehicle industry.


• Experience in dealer/authorized service network development or audits.


• Familiarity with workshop performance KPIs and analysis.
