Chemical Engineer - Technical Service

As a engineer at our Hyundai Turkey plant you will contribute to the exciting world of automotive paint production and quality management. Key Responsibilities

• Engaging directly with customers to provide technical support and solve application challenges.

• Gathering and analyzing data on paint products and their performance to help ensure top-quality finishes.

• Collaborating with production and warehouse teams to monitor and improve product quality and inventory levels.

• Preparing clear, impactful reports and presentations to support internal decision-making.

• Forecasting demand and coordinating shipments to keep our supply chain running smoothly.

• Communicating regularly with our R&D experts, expanding your global perspective and technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering

• Relevant experience in the industry

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility and enthusiasm to work rotating day and night shifts in a 24-hour plant.

• Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate with international teams.

• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
