Client Associate, Employee Benefits - Insurance Broking

As a Client Associate, you’ll be part of a team that helps businesses provide some of the most important benefits to their employees, ensuring client satisfaction, developing new business opportunities, and fostering long-term client relationships.

In your first 6–8 months, you’ll focus on learning and developing your professional skills while supporting the Employee Benefits team in daily operations. You’ll assist in policy placement processes, prepare proposals and reports for local and global clients, and participate in client visits and communications. You’ll also gain insights into other lines of business, such as Claims, Reinsurance, and Finance, while staying updated on insurance market trends and regulations.

As you grow in the role, you’ll take on greater responsibilities, including:

• Becoming the primary point of contact for assigned responsibilities.
• Supporting corporate health and life insurance renewals and post-renewal processes.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports tailored to client requirements.
• Ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement.
• Monitoring tasks related to designated accounts, including renewal tracking and reporting.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

• A Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Economics, Business, Insurance, or related fields.
• A strong motivation to build a career in the insurance sector.
• Proficient command of English, both written and verbal.
• A strong willingness to learn and take responsibility, with an analytical mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based client relationships.
• A collaborative, result-oriented approach, with a proactive and detail-oriented working style.
• A professional and presentable demeanour, with strong potential in client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• No travel restrictions; completion of military service for male candidates is preferred.
