We are looking for a Community Manager who will engage our growing community of travelers, sailors, and yacht enthusiasts across blog, WhatsApp, YouTube, and social media channels. This role will focus on content creation and curation, community engagement, and coordination of our guest bloggers, influencers, and content creators. The ideal candidate is a fluent English speaker with strong copywriting and communication skills, excellent organizational discipline, and a passion for building meaningful digital communities.
What you'll be doing:
• Lead and manage engagement across blog, WhatsApp groups, YouTube channel, and all social media platforms.
• Create original written and visual content aligned with viravira.co’s brand voice and goals.
• Manage community discussions, answer questions, and moderate user activity to maintain a positive environment.
• Collaborate with and coordinate our network of guest bloggers, influencers, and freelance content creators.
• Plan and execute social content calendars and campaigns in alignment with seasonal and marketing goals.
• Monitor and analyze engagement data to improve content performance and community growth.
• Support brand storytelling through authentic user stories and UGC (user -generated content).
• Assist in organizing community events, Q&A sessions, and AMAs (Ask Me Anything).
• Create visually appealing and informative posts, short videos, reels, and stories.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align community activities with broader company goals.
• Stay updated on community -building best practices, industry trends, and emerging content formats.

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, media, or a related field.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• 3+ years of experience managing social media or community engagement, preferably in a startup, travel, or lifestyle brand.
• Proven experience in content creation and influencer or partner collaboration.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Experience with social media publishing, community management, and engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with video content formats and short -form video production (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Strong visual aesthetic and ability to brief designers or create visuals when needed.

• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar content creation tools.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Knowledge of analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Analytics, and Google Analytics.
• Experience using WhatsApp Business or community -focused platforms is a plus.
