Education and Styling Development Manager Türkiye - Fashion and WFJ

Learning culture at Fashion retail is about Learning at the pace of business, thanks to a blended learning approach, delivering the right content, to the right audience, at the right moment.

The Education and Styling Development Manager, together with her/his team is responsible for the adaptation and implementation of the Europe Fashion Education &  Styling development strategy to the local market (Türkiye), ensuring consistency at local level while providing blended learning experiences (digital, in room training and coaching) and delivering Fashion training paths and tools for the team to train all Métiers of the Boutique teams in line with the brand and business strategy.

The Fashion Education and Styling Development Manager reports directly to the Fashion and WFJ Director and manages a Learning partner in the boutiques. 

The position is based in Istanbul.

You are a manager leader :

In collaboration with the Europe Fashion Education and Styling Development team

• You adapt and implement the Europe Fashion Education and Styling Development Strategy to the needs and priorities of local markets
• you inspire and engage the values of CHANEL to your teams through actions and posture at the service of the relational promise in the markets.
• You convey key messages to support the creative vison and the objectives of the ultimate client experience
• You build your local fashion education and styling development strategy from the show to the launch of the collection in the boutique as a business partner
• You develop the Style of Chanel fundamental skills of the teams (Decrypt the style of each collection, Chanel Styling tips, Client Style Discovery, Style fundamentals)
• You collaborate closely with functions such as Sales & Operations, Marketing, Digital & Client Engagement and People Development to support the business strategy, constraints and needs
• You accompany the learning team on strategic topics such as IN CHANEL, CHANEL et MOI, Ecole de la Retouche and you ensure their successful deployments

You are a manager pilot :

• You ensure a close follow-up with your team during 1 to 1 regular meeting, annual review and collective meetings in close collaboration with the boutique directors
• You make sure that your team is building their annual Learning calendar and individual learning plans in each boutique
• You monitor the client experience through pulse index and dedicated action plans
• You follow-up on the blended learning approach : the engagement of your teams and monitor the consistency on Inside Fashion Learning (e-learning) and Fashion Community, WFJ training
• You consolidate qualitative and quantitative reports regularly and choose KPI’s to evaluate the action’s efficiency
• You build and monitor the Fashion education and styling development budget

• You accompany your team to develop their strategic vision

• A strong experience in learning and group animation in retail industry, preferably in Fashion / Luxury Environment
• Fashion, Product and Style sensitivity
• You enjoy speaking in public, engage and inspire (storytelling, coaching …)
• You are eager to discover new ways of learning
• You speak Turkish and English
• You master Pack Office
