Description

• Support NEM (National Education Manager), NA (National Artist) and ART(Area Retail Trainer) by efficiently handling all administrative tasks, correspondence, and incoming calls/emails with accuracy and professionalism.
• Manage monthly/quarterly education reports, analyze results, and suggest improvements.
• Raise and process Purchase Orders in line with Finance department requirements.
• Coordinate training room bookings, Artist hotel reservations, and flight arrangements for core trainingsand meetings.
• Arrange translations promptly.
• Oversee receipt and distribution of training samples, workbooks, and equipment across all regions;manage local production of training materials.
• Oversee the MACx digital learning platform, ensuring relevant content, timely delivery of trainingmodules, managing translations, communicating upcoming modules to teams, and tracking/reportingcompletion rates.
• Review and approve incoming MAC Pro membership applications promptly according to guidelines.
• Manage the online appointment booking system across stores, ensuring smooth operation, resolving orescalating technical issues, and providing reports to support system improvements.
• In addition to the core responsibilities outlined for the MAC brand, the Education Coordinator will alsoprovide operational and coordination support for Bobbi Brown. This includes managing brand-specifictasks, assisting with training logistics, and ensuring smooth communication and execution of initiativesaligned with Bobbi Brown’s strategic goals.
• Adhering to the company policies and continually setting an example in customer service, dress code andthe professional standards expected by MAC

Qualifications

• University Degree
• Internship or 1 year of education -related experience, preferably in cosmetics (in a similar or related industry)
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills.
• Strong analytical skills; the ability to identify critical concerns and prioritize; problem-solving abilities
• Creative/innovative thinking
• The ability to handle a multitude of projects and issues at one time
• Flexibility to provide occasional physical support related to training materials, equipment, and event logistics
• Self-motivation; High energy level; the ability to work independently
