What awaits you in this role? 

We are looking for Engineer-R&D (Design Implementation)  who will work for R&D Directorate – Manisa Plant in Beko Corporate.

• 
  

  Manage the monitoring and improvement of configuration and brief constraint creation processes

  
  


• 
  

  Establish control mechanisms for prepared briefs and standardize control steps

  
  


• 
  

  Define rule sets suitable for automation in brief control processes and support their implementation

  
  


• 
  

  Clarify, standardize, and improve product definition processes

  
  


• 
  

  Identify gaps, overlaps, and ambiguities in product definition creation, data entry, and control steps

  
  


• 
  

  Identify automation opportunities for repetitive control and definition processes and implement them with relevant teams

  
  


• 
  

  Increase the traceability and sustainability of processes by coordinating with related departments

  
  

The position is located in Manisa, Türkiye.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering fields (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering)

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in project management, technical process tracking, and documentation

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in process analysis, standardisation, and improvement initiatives

  
  


• 
  

  Preferably experienced in structures such as brief control, rule-based validation, or control automation

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with product definition, product data management, or technical data processes

  
  


• 
  

  Strong analytical thinking, process design, and systematic working skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to clarify ambiguous processes by working in coordination with different teams

  
  


• 
  

  Preferably experienced with ERP, PLM, MDM product data structures or similar systems
