Key Account Sales Representative

Summary:

You are expected to be based in İstanbul/ Türkiye, mainly responsible for PMLS product line businesses for Public and Private Key Hospitals

The key responsibilities are:

1. Achieve all financial targets through effective business planning and execution

2. Developing Account Strategy aligned with the customer’s priorities and drives key account customer sales plans in order to fulfill key account plan growth

3. Plan and prioritize channel sales strategically and execute the Account management. Closely monitor and manage the accounts. Main purpose is continuously strengthening relationships within the. Private chain and public key Hospitals

4. Develop and maintain good relationships with decision makers of the customers; respond to customers’ demands actively, manage customers’ expectations. Discover and lead customers’ potential demands, create values for customers

5. Track and communicate market trends to/from the field, including competitor data, and lead effective counter strategies and long-term thinking and planning for daily business activities

6. Collaborate and work closely with a marketing and service team to increase capture rate and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1.Patient monitor, ventilator, Anesthesia device knowledge is required

2 Min than 4 years of selling experience in healthcare industry, multi-national companies’ experience is a plus

3. Ability to multitask work, develop and build reports at all levels within an organization

4. Adaptive to a matrix management structure in cross culture communication

5. Eagerness to gain experience in a cross-functional, international company
