Job Description - Key User - Service Management Systems

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Key User - Service Management Systems to act as the recognized expert in one or more of our business capabilities. As a Key User, you will play a crucial role in ensuring business benefit realization by supporting end users, driving adoption of IT products and processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What will you be doing?

  • Participate in user acceptance testing, pilots, and demos.

  • Identify and report issues or incidents to IT product teams.

  • Support deployment teams in planning and executing change management.

  • Help prepare and improve training materials.

  • Communicate changes and best practices to end users.

  • Facilitate meetings and trainings to reinforce correct product usage.

  • Assist local users with onboarding and “how-to” queries.

  • Promote sustained and correct usage of IT products.

  • Provide immediate responses to process-related questions.

  • Report issues to global support teams (AskIT / AskHR).

  • Create and manage incident tickets.

  • Support corrective and preventive actions locally.

  • Actively participate in Key User networks and forums.

  • Propose improvements to IT products.

  • Fulfil reporting requirements accurately and on time.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

  • Fluent in English and native in Turkish.

  • Prior experience in solution area or rollout participation.

  • Solid understanding of processes and IT products.

  • Project management skills are an asset.

  • Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR).

  • Genuine interest in processes, methods, and tools.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Attention to detail and adherence to guidelines.

  • Collaborative mindset with proactive communication.

  • Persistence, drive, and quality focus.

  • Creativity and innovation in approaching challenges.
