What you can expect:

• Lead efforts in conducting annual and seasonal agreements with customers in line with production capacity controls, including monitoring, controlling, and reporting


• Ensure coordination and information flow between production, customers, and other stakeholders


• Define priorities in line with company and department strategy, plan actions, and follow up on their implementation


• Manage processes and improvement initiatives in line with KPI and OKR targets

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields


• Experience in planning and logistics


• Knowledge and experience in demand and capacity planning, material management


• Preferably experienced in systems such as SAP, PLM, XS Planner


• AI & digital literacy


• Advanced level of English


• Enabler leadership approach
