Tasks

• Assist in recruiting top talent by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
• Support the team in developing innovative staffing solutions for our clients.
• Help maintain a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance our recruiting processes and improve efficiency.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative strategies for attracting diverse candidates.

• Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a small team environment with 1-10 employees.
