Job Description - Online Support Specialist


Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues via tickets
- Track inquiries from our social media accounts
- Follow standard help desk procedures
- Write the knowledge base for common questions / issues.

Requirments:
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Online support experience
