Job Identification
We are now seeking for a Production Engineer to be part of our Supply Chain team in Elazığ.
What We Expect
- Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the facilities including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs
- Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively
- Support, comply and ensure complicity with Health & Safety regulations, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures
- Develop work safety procedures, make sure the team under supervision follows rules,
- Manage, coach and develop a high performing Maintenance team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements
- Support encourage and develop team members
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
- Prepare the annual Maintenance budget and forecasts and all Capital Expenditure proposals as well as ensuring compliance with legal standards. Manage the budget from identification to completion of projects.
- Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility
- Ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan, including management of, and reporting
- Schedule both internal and external work(s) maximising planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime
- Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems are undertaken
- Ensure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required
- Set up utility machines maintenances according to plans,
- Carry out criteria assessments and prepare the report for continuous improvement and performance follow up, present it to management, plan and implement necessary corrective-preventive actions,
- Ensure that the GMP rules are followed,
- Minimize the costs and losses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree on Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
- Competent in problem solving, planning and decision making
- Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, practices, and field application techniques used in the utilities .
- Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA control technique automation systems.
- To be able to use‘’Autocad’’ will be a plus
- Certification of ‘’Yüksek Gerilim Tesisleri İşletme Sorumluluğu’’ will be a plus
- Knowledge on Data Analytics
- Fluent Turkish, advanced level English
- Good command of Microsoft Office Programs
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Willing to located in Elazığ
