About the role and Team:

 

You will join a collaborative and dynamic Regulatory Affairs team, structured by geographic market ownership. Each specialist manages their own portfolio while working closely with Regulatory Support Administrators and cross-functional teams. The team operates with a balance of autonomy and collaboration, giving you ownership of your markets while contributing to shared goals and best practices.

 

We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our EMEA Regulatory team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that Herbalife products meet all regulatory requirements across multiple markets, enabling successful and timely product launches. You will work in a highly collaborative, international environment, partnering with internal teams and external authorities to manage product compliance across the full lifecycle.

In this role you will:

  • Manage regulatory compliance for assigned EMEA markets
  • Obtain and maintain product registrations, notifications and certifications
  • Review product formulations, claims and labelling to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Support new product launches across multiple countries
  • Maintain and renew existing product registrations and ensure ongoing compliance
  • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders including R&D, Quality, Marketing, Supply Chain and Legal
  • Liaise directly with regulatory authorities, consultants and external partners
  • Manage regulatory data and workflows within internal systems
  • Monitor and interpret evolving regulations across EMEA markets
  • Identify opportunities to improve regulatory processes and efficiencies

 

Our requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of EU, TU or UAE food and/or cosmetic regulations, including product registration, labelling, health claims and formulation compliance
  • Confident communicator, able to clearly present complex regulatory information to internal teams and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and consultants
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work autonomously, take ownership of assigned markets and drive projects through to completion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret regulations and propose practical, compliant solutions
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across teams such as R&D, Quality, Marketing, Supply Chain and Legal
  • Experience working across multiple EMEA markets is an advantage
  • Background in food supplements, cosmetics or pharmaceutical industries preferred
  • Familiarity with regulatory databases or product registration systems is a plus
  • Must be able to speak English to a good level and additional European language skills, particularly Arabic, would be beneficial
