Restaurant Manager Turkish Concept / Saudi Arabia Event

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Contract Type: 6-Month Contract

 This position is for a Riyadh Season Event — a high-profile, large-scale seasonal entertainment and hospitality event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, running on a 6-month contract basis. A hospitality group participating in the event is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations for a Turkish-concept restaurant, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and strong operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and service standards


• Ensure guest satisfaction and consistent delivery of the Turkish dining concept and atmosphere


• Manage budgets, inventory, and cost control


• Recruit, train, and develop front-of-house staff


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations


• Collaborate with culinary leadership to align service with menu offerings

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, ideally within a themed or concept dining environment


• Strong leadership, guest service, and operational management skills


• Ability to relocate to Saudi Arabia
