Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: $2,000/month
• Performance Bonus: +$300 (when total STD reaches $50K+)

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian speaker.
• Minimum 1 year of Retention experience in the Forex/CFD industry is a must.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Target-driven with a passion for delivering outstanding results.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
