We are currently looking for a Sales Executive-Distributor Operations to join our Sales team.

Location: Eskişehir

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Sales Executive , you will have the following responsibilities;

• Ensure achievement of agreed targets/Key Perfomance Indicators (NPS (Net Proceeds of Sales, TTS(Total Trade Spend), distribution, call coverage/frequency, Hit Rate, Drop Size, Bad Goods) for the assigned area


• Responsible for setting objectives, leading negotiation process with Distributors (or any other 3rd party partners). Execute daily monitoring of customer's performance against defined Key Perfomance Indicators (sales out, inventory level, order placement on-time )


• Responsible for the execution of the Channel Category plans at the POP(Point of Purchase) and support the development of Cycle Plans by providing feedback


• Responsible to provide quality and on-time information on demand forecast by distributor, report on market dynamics, competitor activities


• Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies


• Coach, motivate and develop Distributors’ sales force

Which profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree


• A minimum 2 -3 years experience in Sales or Marketing


• Demonstrated ability to lead people and manage distributor


• Capacity to understand all sales functions i.e. CCSD(Channel Category Sales Development), Customer, Field


• Had experience in managing Field Sales team
