Senior Account Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for
  assigned clients.
  
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based
  relationships with key client stakeholders.
  
• Understand clients' objectives, marketing
  goals, and challenges.
  
• Conduct independent research to better
  understand client industries, target audiences, and market trends.
  
• Proactively communicate with clients
  regarding project progress, performance, and opportunities.
  
• Address client inquiries and concerns
  promptly and effectively.
  
• Lead monthly client meetings & when
  needed.
  
• Take initiative to develop and implement
  client communication strategies in coordination with the team lead, ensuring
  consistent and impactful messaging.
  
• Collaboratively set strategic goals with
  team, evaluate performance against those goals, and strategize on how to best
  achieve and exceed them.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry best
  practices, content trends, and emerging technologies in marketing and
  copywriting.
  
• Contribute actively to brainstorming
  sessions, helping to develop innovative ideas and creative campaign strategies.
  
• Track and analyze campaign/project
  performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
  
• Prepare and present regular performance
  reports to clients, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  
• Identify areas for improvement and work
  with internal teams to implement necessary adjustments.
  
• Measure the ROI and effectiveness of
  campaigns/projects against client objectives.
  
• Facilitate communication and collaboration
  between different agency teams working on client accounts.
  
• Ensure all team members are aligned on
  client objectives and campaign/project strategies.
  
• Provide clear briefs and feedback to
  internal teams.
  
• Manage day-to-day operations for client
  accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and
  high-quality deliverables.
  
• Maintain accurate records of client
  communications, agreements, and details.
  
• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
  
• Manage contracts and other relevant
  documentation.
  
• Manage client budgets and ensure campaigns
  are delivered within allocated resources.
  
• Develop cost estimates and track expenses.
  
• Work with the finance team on invoicing and
  billing processes.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing,
  Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  
• 4+ years in account management, client
  services, or a related role within a media agency, digital marketing agency,
  advertising agency, or relevant industry
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication,
  presentation, and active listening skills. Ability to build rapport and
  maintain strong client relationships.
  
• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and
  written) is strongly preferred; Turkish is a plus.
  
• Proven ability to understand client needs,
  manage expectations, and provide exceptional client service.
  
• Understanding of budgets, forecasting, and
  managing campaign finances.
  
• Ability to work effectively with internal
  teams
  
• Staying up to date with the latest trends
  and technologies in the media and digital marketing landscape.
  
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational
  abilities.
  
• Strong organizational and time-management
  skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
