Qualifications we need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field


• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in system administration and cybersecurity


• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration


• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and PowerShell


• Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.


• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Azure administration


• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune


• Experience managing virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V)


• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Routing, Switching)


• Experience with enterprise firewall technologies


• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices


• Experience with vulnerability management tools


• Knowledge of endpoint security solutions (Microsoft Defender, Kaspersky, etc.)


• Experience with backup solutions such as Commvault


• Familiarity with SIEM platforms and security monitoring


• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills


• Good written and spoken English


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Your responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure


• Administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory services


• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID


• Implement and manage Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management solutions


• Configure and maintain Group Policies (GPOs)


• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize virtualization platforms (VMware and/or Hyper-V)


• Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions


• Administer storage systems and Windows File Servers


• Monitor network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks


• Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation activities


• Implement endpoint protection, EDR/XDR, email security, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions


• Manage security monitoring, incident response, and security investigations


• Support ISO 27001 and cybersecurity compliance initiatives


• Manage SSL/TLS certificates and PKI infrastructure


• Prepare technical documentation, procedures, and security standards


• Participate in IT infrastructure projects and cybersecurity improvement initiatives


• Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support when required
