Specialty Care Sr. Commercial Manager will have an important role in delivering executional excellence for inline portfolio growth, ensuring launch excellence for pipeline assets to achieve best-in-class launches and contributing growth oriented, positive team culture. This role will be also managing a team of Healthcare Strategic Partners (HSPs) to deliver institution based and national solutions to improve patient journey across therapeutic areas that we operate.
· Working closely with CBLs, act as a marketing excellence lead for the inline portfolio
· Support development of country brand plans and ensure excellence in diagnosis, guiding principles and coherent action plans
· Develop methodologies for assessing portfolio performance and ensure necessary actions are taken to improve performance
· Maximize the patient impact and growth with regular prioritization and resource reallocation exercises
· Ensure successful collaboration between HSPs and other Specialty Care functions to deliver institution based and national solutions that will improve patient journey
· Oversee marketing budget, actuals and ROI perspective
· Demonstrate versatility to contribute and tackle challenges in all therapeutic areas that we operate from disease awareness to biosimilar promotion
· Work towards omnichannel marketing excellence to deliver seamless omnichannel customer experience
· Working closely with CBLs, build strategic and fully integrated pre-launch and launch plans in partnership with XF launch teams
· Define key pre-launch activities and outcomes for pipeline assets for market readiness, customer readiness and internal readiness
· Lead scenario planning, risk assessments, and prioritization of critical launch activities
· Contribute to team culture and promote growth-oriented mindset to develop our colleagues to prepare them for their next challenge as a colleague, as an example and as a leader
· Support development of HSPs and CBLs with coaching and close collaboration
· Lead “Specialty Chats with Marketing Hats” meetings to improve strategic thinking capabilities and marketing know-how of our CBLs
· 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
· Launch experience and knowledge of local access environment
· Extensive product management with a track record of success in developing and optimizing marketing strategies and programs that drive customer engagement
· Demonstrated track record of handling complex/multi-faceted projects
· Proven capability to drive extensive cross-functional work
· Entrepreneurship mindset, accountability, agility, overcoming obstacles and focus on action
· Experience in taking and assigning accountability without authority within matrix
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet a business deadline
· Strong analytical skills, able to identify and act upon opportunities for improvement
· Ability to think and act strategically
· Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
· Proficiency in Turkish & English
· B-degree in a reputable university
· Track record in demonstrating Pfizer values
