Talent Acquisition Specialist

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help us find, attract, and hire exceptional people for our teams.

What You’ll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, creative, product, and business roles


• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and define effective hiring strategies


• Source and engage strong candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels


• Create a strong candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey


• Conduct screening interviews and support assessment processes


• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offers, and onboarding-related handovers


• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs


• Track recruitment metrics and use data to improve hiring processes


• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and help us tell the Cypher story to the right talent

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment


• Experience in sourcing and hiring for different functions; gaming experience is a strong plus


• Strong communication skills in both Turkish and English


• Ability to build trust with candidates and hiring teams


• A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented working style


• Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities at the same time


• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and recruitment metrics is a plus


• Genuine interest in people, culture, and building great teams
