Job Description - Technical Sales Executive - Industry

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Maximize strategic targets, develop new business opportunities, and ensure further growth of the business with a value-selling approach.
  • Perform technical materials sales (Pipelines, Fittings, Valves, Automation Solutions and Associated Connection Industrial Technologies).
  • Including reading drawings/specs, selecting correct products, conducting site surveys/BOQ, and preparing pricing & proposals.
  • Prepare, send, and follow up quotations to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Negotiate prices and commercial terms with customers.
  • Manage and develop the customer portfolio; acquire new customers/channels.
  • Proactively identify value-added solution opportunities and engage across all levels of the customer organization.
  • Work in close coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Accurately forecast regional sales and provide regular management reports.
  • Visit public authorities (municipalities, utilities, Organized Industrial Zones) and project/EPC/contracting companies; track opportunities and tenders.

 

Your Profile

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably with industrial and infrastructure products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess customer needs, qualify opportunities, and align them with company capabilities.
  • Result- and solution-oriented; strategic thinker with strong communication and representation skills.
  • Able to build effective relationships with public institutions and project/EPC firms and coordinate visits.
  • Experienced in market development and project execution.
  • Target-oriented; capable of planning and execution with solid people/customer relations.
  • Advanced English skills (reading, writing, speaking).
