📌 What You’ll Be Doing
• Provide technical support and onboarding assistance to customers.
• Troubleshoot platform, integration, and API-related issues and ensure systematic follow-up until resolution.
• Monitor system behavior and proactively identify potential problems before they impact customers.
• Perform root cause analysis using logs, monitoring tools, SQL queries, and technical investigation methods.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate issues, test fixes, and improve system reliability.
• Document incidents, solutions, and technical guides to strengthen internal knowledge base.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and customer technical experience.
🎓 What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support or support engineering for a software product or application.
• Fluency in written and verbal English and Turkish.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data querying for troubleshooting.
• Experience using monitoring/logging tools such as Grafana.
• Solid understanding of APIs and experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability.
