Görev Tanımı

 



  • Soğutucu ekipman servis ve bakım süreçlerini yönetmek

  • SAP işlemlerini, hakediş ve fatura takibini yürütmek

  • Servis performanslarını raporlamak ve müşteri memnuniyetini artırmak

  • Servis hizmeti performans değerlendirme çalışmalarını yönetmek ve personeli denetlemek

  • Çalışanlara, bayilere, müşterilere ve iş ortaklarına teknik eğitim vermek

  • Saha ziyaretleri gerçekleştirmek

  • Soğutucu ekipmanların inceleme, kontrol ve raporlama süreçlerini yürütmek

  • Yedek parça, sarf malzeme ve ekipman yönetimini sağlamak

  • Teknik iyileştirme ve geliştirme projelerine katkı sağlamak

Yetkinlikler

 



  • MS Office, SAP ve ofis ekipmanlarını etkin kullanma

  • Ön lisans ya da teknik meslek lisesi mezunu olmak

  • MYK belgesine sahip olmak (tercihen)

  • B sınıfı sürücü belgesi sahibi olmak

  • Isıtma, soğutma ve havalandırma sistemleri hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak

  • Mekanik ve elektronik konulara hâkim olmak
