Customer Success Intern

We're looking for a motivated Customer Success Intern to support our Customer Success team in delivering an outstanding customer experience. In this role, you'll work closely with Customer Success Managers, assist with onboarding and customer communications, and contribute to building long-term customer relationships.

What You'll Be Doing 

• Customer Onboarding Support: Assist customers during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth implementation experience. 

• Customer Communication: Help manage customer inquiries, follow up on action items, and maintain regular communication. 

• Account Support: Work alongside Customer Success Managers to monitor customer health and support ongoing customer success initiatives. 

• CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records, update account information, and track activities in the CRM system. 

• AI-Driven Productivity: Leverage AI tools to improve documentation, customer research, content creation, and workflow efficiency. 

• Reporting: Prepare customer success reports, usage analyses, and customer feedback summaries. 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to help resolve customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience. 

• Currently in your  final year or fresh graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset. 

• Comfortable using MS Office, CRM platforms, and digital collaboration tools. 

• Good written and spoken English. 

• Interest in Customer Success, SaaS, client relationship management, or B2B technology. 

• Eager to learn, proactive, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player. 
• Minimum 4 full days of work participation per week, desire to join the team after the internship program.
